The free version of Threatcare is for Security Engineers and Analysts who only need on-demand tests. Threarcare Pro starts at $33/month per user (billed annually) and is ideal for CISO/Directors who console teams of up to 5 people. Threatcare Premium starts at $150/month per user (billed annually) and gives you access to the same features as Pro, plus 24/7 Premium support.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can purchase Threatcare with any major credit card. For Enterprise subscriptions over 5 apps and 10 agents, we can issue an invoice payable by bank transfer or check. Please Contact Sales to arrange an invoice purchase.
How do I switch from being a free to paid user?
You can become a paid user at any time by going to the Account Settings page and changing your plan.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are available within 14 days of upgrading to Pro or Premium. In order to receive a refund, you must submit a refund request within 14 days of upgrading. For more information on refunds, please see our Refund Policy.
Do you have pricing for larger organizations?
We do indeed. If your organization requires more than 5 apps and 10 agents, then you qualify for a bulk discount. Using the calculator above, add the number of apps and agents needed then click Contact Sales and someone from our team will reach out to you.
What is Premium Support?
Threatcare Premium includes priority 24/7 email and chat support, while Threatcare Pro only includes support during regular business hours. Threatcare Free only includes access to the Help Center.
